Accessibility statement

This page is a draft awaiting approval by the Indian Association of Music Therapy. Contact the editorial office with any questions.

IAMT wants everyone to be able to read IJMT and use this portal. The portal is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

  • Pages work with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to content" link.
  • Forms label every field and explain errors in words, next to the field.
  • Text and controls meet colour-contrast requirements; colour is never the only way information is shown.
  • Pages reflow on phones without sideways scrolling, and respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
  • Article pages use real headings so screen readers can navigate them.

Known limitations

  • Some older archive PDFs (2011–2014) are scans and may not be fully accessible. Ask us for an accessible copy.
